I build tools that do the tedious part of a job.
This one, Tessrix, takes a delivery invoice, pulls every lab certificate from the vendors’ sites, reads them, and flags the ones a person needs to see. By hand, at a few minutes a certificate, deliveries can take half an hour or more.

A replay on a mock invoice with sample certificates; vendors, batches and results are made up. I built Tessrix from my own workflow as an inventory supervisor. It isn’t in day-to-day use yet.
A mock invoice with 12 line items.
How Tessrix works
- 15+ vendor brands
- Finds each certificate on the vendor’s own site, and every one of those sites is laid out differently.
- Arizona’s rules
- Reads each PDF, pulls out the numbers and dates, checks them, and hands back a file ready to import into a point-of-sale system.
- Version 4.11.17
- Every version fixed a real problem I found while testing it on mock invoices I built myself.
Never retype a label again.
Point your phone at any label. The text lands on your computer, ready to paste.
Who built this
I’m Matthew. I run inventory for a living and build after closing shifts in the Phoenix East Valley. No degree, just work that ships.
What I decide
The problem, the rules, what “correct” means, and when it’s good enough to ship.
What AI does
Drafts the code, reads messy PDFs, and tests the edge cases faster than I could alone.
Tessrix runs on Python, Flask, Playwright, Claude and SQLite.
